In a new attact on facebook users, attackers have a new kind of virus to attack the Facebook users.
If you receive a mail from Facebook/anyone reading that your password and other similar details have been changed then beware!!!
The email’s subject will be something similar to “Facebook password reset confirmation customer support”
According to Anti-virus software maker McAfee Inc.,The emails tell recipients that the passwords on their Facebook accounts have been reset, urging them to click on an attachment to obtain new login credentials.
If the attachment is opened, it downloads several types of malicious software, including a program that steals passwords, McAfee said.
Dave Marcus, McAfee’s director of malware research and communications, expects that this trick will infect millions of PC and facebook accounts if not treated early.
